Covid-19 Protocol
Here you'll find the protocol that has been put in place in my office space, to keep everyone safe and healthy. Please feel free to reach out if you have any concerns or questions! This is uncharted territory for all of us, and we are doing our best to make everyone feel safe and comfortable.
*Please do NOT come in for your appointment if you are feeling unwell, or have been around anyone feeling unwell in the past 2 weeks.
*We ask that you wear a face mask upon entering the building, until exiting (unless you have a health condition that does not allow you to do so). You must keep your mask covering your mouth and nose for the ENTIRE session. I will also be wearing a mask.
*We will have gloves, masks, and hand sanitizer available at the office, and will be doing a thorough cleaning after each client with EPA/CDC approved disinfectant (PureGreen24, which is non-toxic and has no fragrance). We will also be running a HEPA air purifier during and after each session.
*Upon arriving, we will take your temperature with a contactless thermometer- if you read above 100F we will ask you to reschedule your session. No cancellation fee will be charged. (As a side note, Covid aside, it is generally not a great idea to receive massage with a fever present)
*If you have tested positive for Covid-19 or have been around anyone who has tested positive in the past 14 days, we ask that you reschedule your session.
*Our cancellation policy/fee will be waived if you are feeling unwell, we want to keep both you and ourselves safe. Non-urgent cancellations will still be subject to 24-hr notice or payment in full will be required.
*We will still have water/tea available, however we ask that you bring your own water bottle/cup/mug as we will not be offering cups to use right now.
